The Executive Council (Board of Directors) is responsible for laying down the general policy of SEDC, and the general strategy to activate exports, raise suggestions concerning commercial agreements to the government, follow up national export activities, open abroad branches of SEDC, approve financial and administrative rules and regulations, direct the executive body, approve plans and programs, and study the annual report of SEDC.
